Join us as Henrietta Chicken Goes Mangal with Ibrahim Kasif as part of the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival on Wednesday, 26th March 2025.
Enjoy a special evening featuring a four-course shared menu for $110 per person, showcasing the art of charcoal grilling. Celebrated Turkish-Cypriot chef Ibrahim Kasif, known for his work at Stanbuli and recently appointed Head Chef of NOUR, is heading to Melbourne for this one-off dinner. Ibrahim will serve mezze and beautifully grilled dishes that bring the authentic flavours of the Mediterranean and Middle East to Melbourne’s dining scene.
